You are a responsible person. You know your job and people rely on you. There are periods when you love what you are doing. But it’s a rare feeling for you these days. You feel stressed, stuck, or lost.
You can work hard and deliver what’s required. You learn new things, go the extra mile, and introduce improvements. You can stay in that phase of life for some time. But excitement is missing, and you want to return that drive of action.
You feel the energy inside of you. You know your ability to deal with challenges. It’s the potential that you have. But you can’t figure out how to fulfill that potential and live your own happy life. A life where you can be yourself, do things you enjoy, and bring appreciated value to others.
Solutions available for you
There are many best-seller books that help to find clarity. They provide formulas and approaches. And they help to some extent. But after reading books, we got even more questions than answers. Because books aimed to be generic.
There are many influencers who share wisdom. That wisdom together with personal stories inspires us and makes us believe we can do it as well. But still, we need to find our own way.
Courses are a good option. They have a bit of personal touch and help answer some questions. But the curriculum is unified and limited.
At the same time, you might feel that the answers are inside of you. That you need something to reveal those answers, to support you along your journey. And this is what coaching is created for.
How coaching helps
We all have needs. Some of us have dreams. And all we should do is convert them to goals and start achieving them. Right?
In reality, it’s not that simple. Because we don’t acknowledge all our needs. We were taught to avoid some of our needs. We don’t understand all the needs that we have. But what is most important – transforming our feelings or needs into words is a big challenge.
There are professional techniques to ask questions depending on the context. The proper question at the right moment allows changing the way of thinking. It helps bring to life what was hidden in all those years.
Discovering our needs is only a part of the journey. The next step is to set goals and start achieving them. That step should be individual for each of us. We are different, we have different paces, perceptions, and strengths. But also we have different limitations.
A coach helps to identify needs, set goals, and achieve them. All that using questions, transformational techniques, and individual approach to a client.

Why I’m here to help you
I’m a programmer by education. I worked in IT companies for many years. Meanwhile, I tried a lot of different interesting things aside. And I became good in some. But nothing kept my attention for a long time.
Then I decided to find something long-lasting. Something that will make me excited for many years.
And by looking for solutions I discovered a group of questions that helped me a lot. Here are those questions with my answers:
1. What pisses you off the most?
Society uses bad patterns in raising children. Society forces us to be ashamed of ourselves, forget about curiosity, to be obedient. By doing that society breaks our wings in childhood. We lose ourselves not being able to resist, being small and defenseless.
2. What upsets you a lot?
I’ve been watching many good working and thinking people who stuck. Stuck because they don’t feel satisfied with what they are doing now. And having broken wings from their childhood they forgot how to be themselves. How to explore the world without being rational and practical. And because of that, they can’t see alternatives to their current life. A life that can be meaningful, and inspiring, yet bring enough income.
3. What can you do with that?
I can share my knowledge and my experience as well as the experience of others to show alternatives. To show possible solutions for getting out of that used routines trap.
And you know what? After honestly answering those questions something clicked. I realized that I’ve been doing that for many years. I tried different approaches on myself and collected good examples. I shared stories and strategies with friends. Inspired them to move forward. This is when I decided to switch to coaching. A sphere where I can help more people who need this kind of support.
I know that everyone is different. I’m curious about how people see and feel things. I’m obsessed with finding causal relations and creating clear structures. I’m immensely enjoying observing the transformation of proactive positive people. And I want to maintain and be a part of that atmosphere. This is what I’m doing as a coach.
